At cafe Madeleine our distinctivly French crepes and Paninis are made to order 7 days a week. The careful process of crepe making, swirling just the right amount of batter to accomplish a perfectly thin round crepe with slightly crisply edges.. using the freshest ingredients for our filling and a simple flour and an egg mixture for sweet crepes and buckwheat, egg mixture for “Galettes” savory crepes… ensure a traditional authentic french crepe.
